Clarkson Secondary School is celebrating 50 years and we want you to come and celebrate with us! It's time to come back to meet up with old friends, share stories, and relive some of the memories that made this such a special place for each and every one of us.

Silent Auction Items

We are actively looking for event tickets, services or products that can be donated for our Silent Auction. The proceeds from this auction will be divided up evenly between Clarkson Cancer Drive - Camp Ooch and Clarkson Secondary School.

Registration

In order to attend the event you will need to register! There are two main registration package options:

Early Bird Pricing (Until May 1st Only!)

Basic Registration - $5.00 Includes basic daytime access to all events. Including Decades Rooms displays, silent auction, and opening ceremony.
12:00pm - 5:30pm Open House - Decade Rooms, Displays, Food Trucks, Silent Auction.
2:00pm - 4:00pm Former and Current Staff Reunion in the Library
2:30pm - 5:30pm Cash bar open for beverage purchases
4:30pm - 5:30pm Opening Ceremonies in the Cafeteria

A Cash Bar will also be operating from 2:00pm to 5:30pm.

Social Package - $25.00
(includes Basic)
Includes basic daytime access to all events + evening social with band, commemorative mug, food trucks and access to Cash Bar for the duration of the event.
6:30pm - 11:00pm Clarkson S.S. Social Event

We also have a variety of memorabilia and swag items available that can only be purchased in advance along with your registration.

Accessibility

Visitors who require accessible parking will find reserved parking at the front entrance and in the rear "pool door" entrance.

The building has been recently upgraded with an elevator, several accessible washrooms, ramps, and a lift that will allow those with mobility challenges to access all areas of the event.

Schedule of Events

Here are all of the important times for Saturday:

12:00pm - 5:30pm Open House - Decade Rooms, Displays, Food Trucks, Silent Auction.
2:00pm - 4:00pm Former and Current Staff Reunion in the Library
4:30pm - 5:30pm Opening Ceremonies in the Cafeteria
8:00pm Silent Auction Closes - 50% proceeds to Clarkson Cancer Drive, 50% to Clarkson S.S.
6:30pm - 11:00pm Clarkson Social - NOTE, special ticket/purchase for admission required! - Includes Entertainment, access to Food Trucks for food purchasing, access to Cash Bar
